You are using the GoAnimate video maker, and experiencing a few technical issues. Try a few of these troubleshooting steps to identify what it could be:

  1.      Connected to a company network? And GoAnimate is not loading? Please contact your IT department with the following information from the article here: Whitelist URL
  1.     Make sure you have the latest version of Flash installed on your computer. Check here
  1.     Increase the resources allocated to Flash. Learn more here.
