Payment error, what does it mean?

Are you trying make a payment on GoAnimate's website however your card was denied and you see this error message? 

If you get this error message, this simply means you attempted to use your card too soon.  Please wait about 5 minutes and try again. If the same error message pops up, please try the following troubleshooting steps: 

Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Make sure you're logged into your account before you try to purchase
  • If you are using a business credit card ensure that the address & contact information matches the card exactly. (For example: 205 First Avenue cannot be entered as 205 1st Ave). This will cause an error if the info is incorrect.

  • If the card holder's name has a middle initial, please be sure to put it in the First name box.

  • Try clearing your browser's cache

  • Try a different browser

  • Try a different computer

  • Please call your bank to understand why they are denying the charge
