UPDATE: 6:00 am Eastern Time - The problem has been resolved on Amazon Web Services end. GoAnimate is now operating normally.

UPDATE: 1:30 pm Eastern Time - The problem has been identified, and is a known issue with Amazon Web Services. The impact is across multiple customers, not just GoAnimate, and status updates are being provided here: https://status.aws.amazon.com/
