Why is my Confirm Email link not working? It says "Unable to Confirm Email."

If you are seeing the message below, it means the link is either expired or you're not logged into your account.

How can the link expire? 

It expires after 24 hrs and/or if another "change email" request was triggered. 

Please make sure you are logged into your GoAnimate account and then click on the link in the most recently sent Confirmation Email.
